Estudo retrospectivo de tumor venéreo transmissível em cães na cidade de Dourados, Mato Grosso do Sul

چکیده

O Tumor Venéreo Transmissível (TVT) é uma neoplasia contagiosa e sexualmente transmissível, conhecida também como sarcoma infeccioso, linfossarcoma venéreo de Sticker. objetivo geral deste artigo foi verificar a ocorrência casos TVT em cães na cidade Dourados, no Estado do Mato Grosso Sul, relação ao sexo, idade, áreas acometidas citologia. Os resultados apresentaram prevalência maior animais fêmeas 116 (67%) que machos 57 (33%) adultos. Quanto à localização, apresentou região genital, seguido outras localidades. citologia, foram descritas algumas fichas presença células arredondadas, com núcleo redondo, alguns rechaçados para periferia, contendo cromatina grosseira nucléolos evidentes. Dessa forma, importante enfatizar campanhas prevenção devem ser realizadas o intuito esclarecer aos proprietários importância não deixar os soltos nas ruas, pois atuam reservatório potencial TVT.
